PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately specify the position of a non-probe vehicle even in a place other than the periphery of an intersection.SOLUTION: A traffic information processing device comprises: a passage time information acquisition unit 22 for acquiring passage time information of a prescribed position of a vehicle including a probe vehicle 30; a probe information acquisition unit 23 for acquiring probe information including the position of the probe vehicle and information on the passage time of the position; a passage time specification unit 24 for specifying, on the basis of the passage time information of the prescribed position of the vehicle, the passage time of a prescribed position of the probe vehicle from among passage times indicated by the passage time information; a position estimation unit 25 for estimating the position of a non-prove vehicle on the basis of a prescribed position, a prescribed speed, and the passage time information of a prescribed position of a non-probe vehicle among the passage time information of the prescribed position of the vehicle; and a position correction unit 26 which, when the distance between the estimated position of the non-probe vehicle and the position of the probe vehicle pertaining to probe information at the same time is less than a distance threshold, corrects the estimated position of the non-probe vehicle so that the distance is greater than or equal to the distance threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
