PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the accuracy of insulation abnormality detection in a wheeled vehicle without increasing required processing or circuit scale.SOLUTION: An insulation abnormality detecting device comprises a measuring unit 14c and an abnormality determining unit 14d. After a power supply, a capacitor and body grounding out of the power supply, capacitor, load circuit and vehicle body grounding mounted on a vehicle are connected in series, the measuring unit 14c acquires a first voltage of the capacitor charged only for a first period of time. The measuring unit 14c also measures a second voltage of the capacitor charged for a second period of time longer than the first period of time. The abnormality determining unit 14d calculates a voltage difference resulting from subtracting the first voltage from the second voltage and determines whether the insulative resistance of the vehicle is normal or not based on the voltage difference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】処理や回路構成を増加させず、車両の絶縁異常検知の精度を向上させる。【解決手段】絶縁異常検知装置は、計測部14c、絶縁異常判定部14dを含む。計測部14cは、車両に搭載される、電源、キャパシタ、負荷回路、車両のボディ接地のうち、電源、キャパシタ及びボディ接地を直列接続後、第1の時間だけ充電されたキャパシタの第1の電圧を取得する。また、計測部14cは、第1の時間よりも長い第2の時間だけ充電されたキャパシタの第2の電圧を計測する。絶縁異常判定部14dは、第2の電圧から第1の電圧を差し引いた電圧差を算出し、電圧差をもとに車両の絶縁抵抗が正常か否かを判定する。【選択図】図1
