PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be able to make component mounting work more efficient.SOLUTION: A product assembly facility 1 has a product assembly carriage 4 which can move between a plurality of work stages 3 along an assembly line 2, and a component conveying carriage 5 mounted with components to be used in the work stages 3, which is provided with a connection portion 21 that can connect the component conveying carriage 5 to a position behind a side part of the product assembly carriage 4 while expanding into the work stages 3. The connection portion 21 can change a connection position of the component conveying carriage 5 relative to the product conveying carriage 4, in an advancing direction 23 of the assembly line 2, according to component mounting situations at the work stages 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】主に、部品の取付け作業を効率化することができるようにする。【解決手段】組立ライン2に沿って複数の作業ステージ3の間を移動可能な製品組立台車4と、作業ステージ3で使用する部品を搭載した部品搬送台車5とを有する製品組立設備1に関する。上記部品搬送台車5を、上記作業ステージ3内に張り出した状態で上記製品組立台車4の側部後方の位置に連結可能な連結部21が設けられる。この連結部21が、作業ステージ3での部品の取付け状況に応じて、上記製品組立台車4に対する上記部品搬送台車5の連結位置を上記組立ライン2の進行方向23へ変更可能とされる。【選択図】図2
