PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase of oil temperature in a transmission.SOLUTION: Provided is a heat shield structure for a vehicle having an engine 1, a transmission 3 which is disposed behind the engine in the vehicle length direction, and exhaust gas passage members 17, 18 which are arranged at a side of the engine in the vehicle width direction and through which exhaust gas flows. The heat shield structure is provided with a heat shield plate 31 which is located on the same side as the exhaust gas passage members in the vehicle width direction at a position between the transmission and the exhaust gas passage members in the vehicle length direction, and which guides air currents F1, F2 in the direction away from the transmission, the air currents F1, F2 having been heated by the exhaust gas passage members and flowing rearward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
