PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visualize congestion prediction information for each of areas obtained by dividing a map by certain section so as for a user to easily grasp the information on a client side without setting a destination.SOLUTION: There is provided an on-vehicle navigation device 1 that displays future traffic congestion to be caused by vehicles, the on-vehicle navigation device 1 comprising: a control part 10; a storage part 11 that stores a road map; a radio part 12 that receives data on prediction of the degree of future congestion in areas obtained by dividing the map by certain section; and a display part 14. The control part 10 displays, on the display part 14, the prediction data received by the radio part 12 overlapped on the map read from the storage part 11 with a color according to the degree of congestion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】地図の一定の区画に区切られた領域毎の渋滞予測情報をクライアント側でユーザが目的地を設定することなく容易に把握することができるように可視化すること。【解決手段】車両による将来の交通渋滞を表示する車載ナビゲーション装置1であって、車載ナビゲーション装置1は、制御部10と、道路地図を記憶する記憶部11と、地図の一定の区画に区切られた領域の将来の渋滞度の予測データを受信する無線部12と、表示部14と、を備え、制御部10は、無線部12で受信した予測データを、渋滞度に応じた色で、記憶部11から読み出された地図に重ねあわせて表示部14に表示する。【選択図】図1
