PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a running supporting device, an on-vehicle device, and a supporting method that realize a function of effectively supporting running of an electric vehicle, with a predicted risk generation for each running interval taken into consideration.SOLUTION: A running supporting server 10 includes information acquisition units 102 to 106, a predicted risk calculation unit 110 and an arrival probability calculation unit 111. The information acquisition units acquire information on elements related to running, including a battery residual amount. The predicted risk calculation unit calculates the average value of the electric cost of an electric vehicle and the standard deviation of the electric cost in a running interval based on the element information and an electric cost estimation model. The arrival probability calculation unit calculates the arrival probability in the running interval based on the battery residual amount and the calculation result obtained by the predicted risk calculation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
