PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation plan creation method or the like capable of preventing an operation plan from being complicated even in the case of adding a new work schedule.SOLUTION: A computer displays an operation plan obtained by sequentially arranging a schedule of loading work including information of a loading point of a transported object and a schedule of unloading work including information of an unloading point in association with a specific vehicle. Further, the computer receives a work insertion instruction including a schedule of second loading work including information of a loading point and a schedule of second unloading work including an unloading point between a schedule of first loading work and a schedule of first unloading work. Further, when receiving a work insertion instruction, the computer performs control as to whether to integrate and display the schedule of the first loading work and the schedule of the second loading work in accordance with whether the loading point included in the schedule of the first loading work coincides with the loading point included in the schedule of the second loading work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
