PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power transmission device and a vehicle, which perform foreign object detection using an image captured by an imaging apparatus and can determine the high possibility of incorrect detection of a foreign object with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A control device 250 determines the abnormality of a pixel having no output change when a vehicle 100 enters the imaging region of an imaging apparatus 220 and also having no output change during the blink of an illumination unit 230, among the pixels of an imaging device included in the imaging apparatus 220. Further, when more than and including a predetermined number of abnormal pixels of the imaging device, included in the imaging apparatus 220, are adjacent, the control device 250 determines that foreign object detection cannot be performed normally.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】撮像装置により撮像された画像を用いて異物検知を行なう非接触送電装置及び車両であって、異物を誤検知する可能性が高いことを高精度で判定することができる非接触送電装置及び車両を提供する。【解決手段】制御装置250は、撮像装置220に含まれる撮像素子の画素のうち、車両100が撮像装置220の撮像領域に進入した場合に出力が変化しない画素であり、且つ、照明部230の点滅中に出力が変化しない画素を異常画素と判定する。また、制御装置250は、撮像装置220に含まれる撮像素子の異常画素が所定数以上隣接している場合には異物の検知を正常に行なうことができないと判定する。【選択図】図1
