PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power transmitter having a configuration capable of suppressing increase in a coupling coefficient between an inductor coil and a power transmission coil.SOLUTION: A power transmitter for transmitting power to a power receiver in a non-contact manner comprises: a power transmission coil core 30 having a facing face 31 and a back face 32; a power transmission coil 22L provided on the facing face 31; and a filter unit 23 provided on the back face 32. Now, a direction in which the power transmission coil 22L extends in an annular shape is defined as a circumferential direction AR1; a direction orthogonal to the circumferential direction is defined as a normal direction AR2. The inductor core 25 includes: a flat part 25P; and a pair of erected wall parts 25A, 25B that are provided at positions on one side and the other side in the circumferential direction AR1 of the outer peripheral edge of the flat part 25P, respectively. The erected wall parts 25A, 25B are arranged so as to extend in parallel with the normal direction AR2 and extends from the outer peripheral edge to positions on the back face 32 of the power transmission coil 22L.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
