PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stagger determination device capable of precisely determining a stagger of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A stagger determination device 30 is used in a vehicle on which a scene recognition device for recognising traveling scenes of the vehicle is mounded. The stagger determination device 30 includes: a stagger detection part 31 for detecting staggering behavior during travelling of the vehicle; a stagger learning part 32 for learning the staggering behavior at each travelling scene on the basis of both the staggering behavior detected by the stagger detection part 31 and the travelling scenes recognised by the scene recognition device; and a stagger determination part 33 for performing stagger determination of the vehicle, by using both the staggering behavior detected by the stagger detection part 31 and a learning result corresponding to the travelling scene at the performance of the stagger determination of the vehicle among learning results by the stagger learning part 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
