PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspended load swing control method for solving problems in which the size of a controlling member is too large and has handling difficulty in a conventional suspended load swing control method, and furthermore, provide the method that improves work efficiency for making a suspended load descend in an installation location.SOLUTION: A suspended load swing control method is characterized as follows: images of a member installation location taken by an imaging apparatus provided in a lifting device and a suspended load device or a suspended load 1 are displayed in a monitor; left and right ends of the member installation location are designated on the monitor by a coordinate designation device, and the horizontal coordinate location data of both ends is transmitted to a control device; an angular difference θ'' between an angle θ of the member installation location to a base line and an angle θ' of the suspended load device or the suspended load to the base line is calculated by a control program built in the control device; the suspended load is swung and controlled by the turning control device provided in the suspended load device so that the angular difference θ " may become in a tolerance level being pre-set in the control program; and the suspended load is made to descend in the member installation location.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1-A
【課題】吊荷旋回制御方法に関し、従来の吊荷旋回制御方法における制御部材の大きさが大き過ぎたり、取り扱いにくさがあったり、更に吊荷を設置場所に降下させる作業効率を向上させる方法の提供。【解決手段】揚重装置に設けた撮像装置で撮像した部材設置場所と吊荷装置若しくは吊荷1との映像をモニターに表示させ、前記部材設置場所の左右両端を座標指定装置によって前記モニター上で指定してその両端の水平座標位置データを制御装置に伝達し、前記制御装置に組み込まれた制御プログラムにより、前記部材設置場所の基準線に対する角度θと、前記吊荷装置若しくは吊荷の基準線に対する角度θ’との角度差θ”を計算し、前記角度差θ”が予め前記制御プログラムに設定された許容範囲以内になるように、前記吊荷装置に設けられた旋回制御装置で吊荷を旋回制御し、前記吊荷を部材設置場所に降ろすこととした吊荷旋回制御方法とする。【選択図】図1−A
