PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor and a remote monitoring system of an elevator which are configured so that when a state of communication between the monitor and a center device gets worse than a prescribed value, a time zone during which the state gets worse is notified to the center device.SOLUTION: The remote monitoring system of an elevator comprises: a monitor that detects whether or not an abnormality occurs in a facility; a radio device that transmits detected information detected by the monitor to a radio communication network; and a center device that performs transmission and reception of information through the radio device and the radio communication network. The monitor comprises a monitor that can detect whether or not an abnormality occurs in the facility and then notifies the detected information to the center device through the radio communication network and switching equipment. The monitor comprises: communication state statistical means that communicates with the center device every prescribed time and measures a communication result of each communication for a prescribed period of time; and communication time identifying means that identifies a time zone during which a state of communication with the center device gets worse than a prescribed value, and then notifies the identified time zone to the center device on the basis of the measuring result measured by the communication state statistical means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】監視装置とセンター装置との間の通信状態が所定値よりも悪化した場合、その時間帯をセンター装置に通報すること。【解決手段】設備の異常の有無を検出する監視装置と、前記監視装置で検出した検出情報を無線通信網へ送信する無線装置と、前記無線装置と前記無線通信網を介して情報の送受信を行うセンター装置と、を備えるエレベーターの遠隔監視システムであって、記監視装置は、設備の異常の有無を検出し、検出情報を無線通信網と交換機を介してセンター装置へ通報可能な監視装置を備え、監視装置は、所定の時間毎にセンター装置と通信し、各通信した通信結果を所定の期間計測する通信状態統計手段と、通信状態統計手段で計測した計測結果に基づいて、センター装置との通信状態が所定値よりも低下する時間帯を特定し、特定した時間帯にセンター装置へ通報する通信時間特定手段とを備える。【選択図】図1
