PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction of a utilization rate of an article conveyance facility, and adjust efficiently an article conveyance vehicle.SOLUTION: An article conveyance facility comprises: a first control device H1 for controlling article conveyance vehicles 1 on a first area where articles are conveyed; and a second control device H2 for controlling the article conveyance vehicles 1 on a second area where the article conveyance vehicles 1 are adjusted. On the basis of a departure command from the first control device H1, an operation control part 11 of the article conveyance vehicle 1 which should be adjusted, causes the article conveyance vehicle 1 to enter the second area, and a communication control part 10 which can communicate in wireless communication with the first control device H1 and the second control device H2 in an exclusive state changes a communication object destination to the second control device H2. The operation control part 11 responds to an adjustment command from the second control device H2 and performs an adjustment operation by using an adjustment device C, then updates conveyance profile information in a profile storage part 12, then after the update, the communication control part 10 changes the communication object destination to the first control device H1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】物品搬送設備の稼働率の低下を抑制しつつ、効率的に物品搬送車を調整する。【解決手段】物品が搬送される第1エリアにおいて物品搬送車1を制御する第1制御装置H1と、物品搬送車1の調整が行われる第2エリアにおいて物品搬送車1を制御する第2制御装置H2とを備える。第1制御装置H1からの離脱指令に基づき、調整が必要な物品搬送車1の作動制御部11は、物品搬送車1を第2エリアへ進入させ、第1制御装置H1及び第2制御装置H2と排他的にワイヤレス通信が可能な通信制御部10は、通信対象先を第2制御装置H2に変更する。作動制御部11は、第2制御装置H2からの調整指令に応答して調整用装置Cを用いて調整作動を行うと共にプロファイル記憶部12の搬送用プロファイル情報を更新し、更新後に、通信制御部10は、通信対象先を第1制御装置H1に変更する。【選択図】図4
