PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-interruption-time continuous operation management device which efficiently controls elevators while maintaining the convenience of a user when the elevators of a plurality of banks in a building are continuously operated by the supply of power from a private power generation source, and a power-interruption-time continuous operation management method.SOLUTION: This elevator continuous operation management device for managing continuous operations of elevators of a plurality of banks in a building having an emergency power supply device comprises a per-bank continuous operation set number decision part, and a continuous operation management part. The per-bank continuous operation set number decision part determines the number of continuous operation sets at each bank on the basis of the number of sets of the elevators which are continuously operable in the building, and traffic demand information of the elevators at the respective banks. When a boarding place call of the bank in which the number of the continuous operation sets is determined to be zero after the elevators start to be continuously operated at the determined number of sets, the continuous operation management part reduces the number of the continuous operation sets of the banks other than the banks in which boarding place calls are temporarily generated, and sets the number of the continuous operation sets of the banks in which the boarding place calls are generated at one set or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】建物内の複数バンクのエレベータが自家発電源からの電力供給により継続運転される際に、利用者の利便性を保ちつつ効率よく運転するよう制御するエレベータの停電時継続運転管理装置および停電時継続運転管理方法を提供する。【解決手段】実施形態によれば非常用電源供給装置を備えた建物内の複数バンクのエレベータに関する継続運転を管理するエレベータ継続運転管理装置は、バンク別継続運転台数決定部と継続運転管理部とを備える。バンク別継続運転台数決定部は、建物内で継続運転可能なエレベータの台数と各バンクのエレベータの交通需要情報とに基づいてバンクごとの継続運転台数を決定する。継続運転管理部は、決定した台数で継続運転開始後、継続運転台数が0台に決定されたバンクの乗場呼びが発生すると、一時的に乗場呼びが発生したバンク以外のバンクの継続運転台数を減らし、乗場呼びが発生したバンクの継続運転台数を1台以上にする。【選択図】図1
