PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier device which can drive a carrier traveling body sent into a rack gear drive zone by using a rack gear 9 attached to the carrier traveling body, and a drive pinion gear 16A for normal constant speed drive at a traveling route side, and can make the carrier traveling body travel.SOLUTION: A towed hook 17 is arranged at a front end side of a rack gear 9, a pull-in claw 26 for pulling a carrier traveling body into a position in which a front end of the rack gear 9 is engaged with a drive pinion gear 16A by being engaged with the towed hook 17 is arranged at the drive pinion gear 16A which is arranged at an inlet of a rack gear zone, the pull-in claw 26 is relatively rotatably supported around a rotation axial core of the drive pinion gear 16A within a constant range, and energization means 29 is arranged which holds the pull-in claw 26 in a start end position within a relative rotation range with respect to the drive pinion gear 16A by energizing the pull-in claw to a direction reverse to a rotation direction of the drive pinion gear 16A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】ラックギヤ駆動区間に送り込んだ搬送用走行体を、この搬送用走行体に取り付けられたラックギヤ9と、走行経路側の常時定速駆動の駆動用ピニオンギヤ16Aとで、駆動走行させることが出来る搬送装置を提供する。【解決手段】ラックギヤ9の前端側には被牽引用フック17が配設され、ラックギヤ駆動区間の入り口に配設される駆動用ピニオンギヤ16Aには、被牽引用フック17と係合して搬送用走行体を、ラックギヤ9の前端が駆動用ピニオンギヤ16Aに咬合する位置まで引き込む引込み用爪26が設けられ、この引込み用爪26は、駆動用ピニオンギヤ16Aの回転軸心の周りに一定範囲内で相対回転自在に支持され、この引込み用爪26を、駆動用ピニオンギヤ16Aの回転方向とは逆方向に付勢して、駆動用ピニオンギヤ16Aに対する相対回転範囲の始端位置に保持する付勢手段29が併設された構成。【選択図】図6
