PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of suppressing lowering of visibility of an inspection window caused by deviation depending on a wavelength of refractive indices of a fiber and a resin, when a member formed of a transparent fiber-reinforced resin is used so as to prevent lowering of the strength of a structure, in an inspection window provided on the structure such as a pillar of a vehicle or a movable body.SOLUTION: A pillar of a structure which defines a passenger compartment of a vehicle or a movable body has an inspection window portion into which a transparent member formed of a transparent glass fiber-reinforced resin material for allowing a passenger in the passenger compartment to visually recognize the outside is fitted, and a light-transmitting region of the inspection window portion is covered with a filter that blocks transmission of a light component in a wavelength band having substantially different refractive indices of a fiber and a resin of the glass fiber-reinforced resin material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】 車両又は移動体のピラーなどの構造体に設けられる覗き窓に於いて、構造体の強度の低下を防止すべく透明な繊維強化樹脂から成る部材を用いる場合に、繊維と樹脂の屈折率の波長に依存したずれに起因した覗き窓の視認性の低下を抑制できる構成を提供すること。【解決手段】 本発明による車両又は移動体の乗員室を画定する構造体のピラーは、乗員室内の乗員が外部を視認するための透明なガラス繊維強化樹脂材料からなる透明部材が嵌め込まれた覗き窓部を有し、覗き窓部の光の透過領域がガラス繊維強化樹脂材料の繊維と樹脂との屈折率が実質的に異なる波長帯域の光成分の透過を阻止するフィルターで覆われている。【選択図】 図2
