PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the idle revolution of an internal combustion engine when transmitting torque to an air-conditioner.SOLUTION: In setting a target idle revolution speed of an internal combustion engine on the basis of an idle control parameter that includes transmission torque estimated from a control current of an electromagnetic valve of an air-conditioner, if a reduction in a charge voltage of a battery is detected, the target idle revolution speed of the internal combustion engine is set using estimated transmission torque set before detecting the reduction in the charge voltage for a period between the detection of the reduction in the charge voltage and a charge voltage recovery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
