PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full charge capacity calculation device, a computer program, and a full charge capacity calculation method with which it is possible to calculate the full charge capacity of a secondary battery with high accuracy.SOLUTION: The full charge capacity calculation device comprises: a storage unit for storing association information in which the internal resistance and discharge capacity of a secondary battery are associated; an internal resistance calculation unit for calculating internal resistance on the basis of voltages and currents before and after the charge/discharge of the secondary battery is switched; a first estimation unit for estimating the first full charge capacity of the secondary battery on the basis of the calculated internal resistance and the association information; an integrated value calculation unit for calculating the integrated value of discharge currents over an integration time at discharge time of the secondary battery; a reduced amount calculation unit for calculating the reduced amount of charge rate of the secondary battery in the integration time; a second estimation unit for estimating the second full charge capacity of the secondary battery on the basis of the calculated integrated value and reduced amount; and a full charge capacity calculation unit for calculating the full charge capacity of the secondary battery on the basis of the calculated first full charge capacity and second full charge capacity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】二次電池の満充電容量を精度よく算出することができる満充電容量算出装置、コンピュータプログラム及び満充電容量算出方法を提供する。【解決手段】満充電容量算出装置は、二次電池の内部抵抗及び放電容量を関連付けた関連情報を記憶する記憶部と、二次電池の充放電の切替前後の電圧及び電流に基づいて内部抵抗を算出する内部抵抗算出部と、算出した内部抵抗及び関連情報に基づいて二次電池の第1満充電容量を推定する第1推定部と、二次電池の放電時の積算時間に亘って放電電流の積算値を算出する積算値算出部と、積算時間での二次電池の充電率の減少量を算出する減少量算出部と、算出した積算値及び減少量に基づいて二次電池の第2満充電容量を推定する第2推定部と、算出した第1満充電容量及び第2満充電容量に基づいて二次電池の満充電容量を算出する満充電容量算出部とを備える。【選択図】図2
