PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor cycle which enables components other than an exhaust pipe to be located close to the exhaust pipe even in an area immediately behind an exhaust port.SOLUTION: A motor cycle 11 includes: an engine 34 mounted on a vehicle body frame 12 and having an exhaust port at a cylindrical part rear surface side; a rear cushion 45 including one end connected to the vehicle body frame 12 behind the engine 34; an exhaust pipe 52 which is connected to the exhaust port and extends to a vehicle body rear side passing through left and right sides of the rear cushion 45; and a heat shielding body 54 which is disposed between the engine 34 and the rear cushion 45 and spreads at a position covering the exhaust pipe 52 from above.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
