PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge discharge controller capable of reducing the labor for battery replacement.SOLUTION: A charge discharge controller 30 controls charge discharge of a plurality of power storage units 11 that can be attached detachable to a mobility 20 and can be connected in parallel. A reception unit 34 acquires the residual capacity of respective power storage units 11. A required electric energy calculation unit 33 calculates the positional information of a station 100 where the battery pack 10 including the power storage unit 11 is replaced, and the electric energy required for the mobility 20 to reach the station 100 from the current place. A target residual capacity generation unit 35 calculates the target residual capacity of each power storage unit when reaching the station 100, from the electric energy calculated by the required electric energy calculation unit 33, and the total of residual capacities of respective power storage units 11 acquired by the reception unit 34. A charge discharge control unit 36 performs charge and discharge between the power storage units 11 so that a target residual capacity calculated by the target residual capacity generation unit 35 is attained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
