PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control circuit which allows for leave alone of longer period, without replenishing the battery capacity.SOLUTION: A power supply control circuit connected with an accumulator battery 1 and a load fed therefrom, and controlling power supply includes operation detection means for detecting the operation condition of the load, a P channel FETu1 for supplying the power of the accumulator battery 1 to the load, an N channel FETu2 for controlling on/off of the P channel FETu1, and a control signal supply circuit 5 for controlling on/off of the N channel FETu2. The control signal supply circuit 5 includes a capacitor c for maintaining a power supply control signal, equal to or higher than the on voltage of the N channel FETu2, at the gate thereof for a set period. The operation detection means supplies a self holding signal, for holding a supply control signal of the on voltage or more at the gate of the N channel FETu2 during operation of the load, once or more during the setting period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】 バッテリーの能力を補充することなく、より長い期間の放置を可能とする給電制御回路の提供。【解決手段】 蓄電池1及びそこから給電される負荷に接続され給電を制御する給電制御回路において、前記負荷の運転状況を検知する運転検知手段と、前記蓄電池1の電力を前記負荷に供給するPチャネルFETu1と、当該PチャネルFETu1のオンオフを制御するNチャネルFETu2と、当該NチャネルFETu2のオンオフを制御する制御信号供給回路5を備え、前記制御信号供給回路5は、前記NチャネルFETu2のゲートに前記NチャネルFETu2のオン電圧以上の給電制御信号を設定期間維持するコンデンサcを備え、前記運転検知手段は、前記負荷の運転時において前記NチャネルFETu2のゲートに前記オン電圧以上の給電制御信号を設定期間保持する自己保持信号を当該設定期間に一度以上供給する給電制御回路。【選択図】 図1
