PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging system which makes the voltage and frequency, required for power transmission, as low as possible, while facilitating alignment of a power supply device not provided in a two-wheeled vehicle, and a charging device provided therein.SOLUTION: In a charging system 10 for charging the power storage device 14 of a two-wheeled vehicle, by using a power supply device 16 and a charging device 18 provided in the two-wheeled vehicle, the power supply device 16 has a first conductive surface 22, a transmission device 20 generating a high frequency voltage from the voltage of a commercial power supply 12, and a first electrode plane 24. The charging device 18 has a support stand 28 for supporting the two-wheeled vehicle, having a contact area smaller than that of the first conductive surface 22, a power reception device 26 for converting the high frequency voltage into a DC voltage, and a second electrode plane 30 having an area smaller than that of the first electrode plane 24. When the two-wheeled vehicle is parked by bringing the support stand 28 into contact with the first conductive surface 22, the first electrode plane 24 and electrode plane 30 face each other to form one capacitance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】二輪車に設けられていない給電装置と前記二輪車に設けられた充電装置の位置合わせを容易にしつつ、電力伝送に必要な電圧と周波数を可及的に低くする充電システムを提供する。【解決手段】給電装置16と二輪車に設けられた充電装置18とを用いて、二輪車の蓄電装置14を充電する充電システム10であって、給電装置16は、第1導電面22と、商用電源12からの電圧を高周波化した高周波電圧を生成する送電装置20と、第1電極面24とを有し、充電装置18は、二輪車を支持し、接地面積が第1導電面22の面積より小さい支持スタンド28と、高周波電圧を直流電圧に変換する受電装置26と、面積が第1電極面24より小さい第2電極面30とを有し、支持スタンド28を前記第1導電面22に接触させて二輪車を駐車させた場合に、第1電極面24と第2電極面30とが対向して1つの静電容量が形成される。【選択図】図1
