PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater unit capable of improving heating efficiency or giving various kinds of additional values.SOLUTION: A heater unit 31 is constructed by: a first base material 11 made of foam of a high-polymer material; a first liner body 1; a second base material 12 made of the foam of the high-polymer material; and a second liner body 2. One of the first and second liner bodies 1 and 2 includes a heat generation element line. The other of them includes the heat generation element line and/or a detection element line. In the heater unit 31, the first and second base materials 11 and 12 are laminated and fixed, and the first liner body 1 is provided on a surface of the heater unit. The first and second liner bodies 1 and 2 are provided between the first and second base materials 11 and 12. The first and second liner bodies 1 and 2 provide a thermal fusion material to at least a part of an outer periphery. The thermal fusion materials of the first liner body 1 and the second liner body 2 are impregnated into a gas cavity of a first foam 11 and a second foam 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
