PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce communication costs when a transmission device moving with a mobile body transmits predicted arrival time of the mobile body.SOLUTION: A transmission device repetitively obtains predicted arrival time of a mobile body and transmits the obtained predicted arrival time to a particular device. At this time, if difference between predicted arrival time obtained this time and predicted arrival time transmitted previous time is equal to or more than a threshold value S14 YES, the transmission device transmits the predicted arrival time obtained this time S15, and if the difference is less than the threshold value, it does not transmit the predicted arrival time obtained this time S14 NO.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
