PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight vibration-proof holding member showing superior rubber spring characteristic of which manufacturing is facilitated.SOLUTION: A fixing metal fitting of a vibration-proof holding member 30 is divided into upper and lower segments of an upper part fixing metal fitting 31 and a lower part fixing metal fitting 32 and each of them is formed through press-forming. The upper part fixing metal fitting 31 is formed with an upper surface part 31a of the upper part fitting metal fitting, a central hole 31c of the upper part fixing metal fitting and a cylindrical part 31b of the upper part fixing metal fitting. The lower part fixing metal fitting 32 is provided with a lower surface part 32a of the lower part fixing metal fitting, a central hole 32c of the lower part fixing metal fitting and a cylindrical part 32b of the lower part fixing metal fitting. A vibration-proof rubber is divided into two segments to form an upper part vibration-proof rubber 33 and a lower part vibration-proof rubber 34. The cylindrical part 31b of the upper part fixing metal fitting is press fitting into the extremity end of the cylindrical part 32b of the lower part fixing metal fitting, and then the upper part vibration-proof rubber 33 and the lower part vibration-proof rubber 34 are held by the lower part fixing metal fitting 32 and the upper part fixing metal fitting 31. An upper part vibration-proof rubber holding surface 33b and a lower part vibration-proof rubber holding surface 34a abut around the fitting hole of a member to be held through a prescribed area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】重量が小さく、ゴムバネ特性に優れて、製造が容易な防振保持部材を提供する。【解決手段】防振保持部材30の取付金具は、上部取付金具31と下部取付金具32に上下2分割してそれぞれプレス成形で形成される。上部取付金具31は、上部取付金具上面部31a、上部取付金具中央孔31c、上部取付金具筒状部31bが形成される。下部取付金具32は、下部取付金具下面部32a、下部取付金具中央孔32c、下部取付金具筒状部32bが延設される。防振ゴムを上下2分割して上部防振ゴム33と下部防振ゴム34を形成する。下部取付金具筒状部32bの先端に、上部取付金具筒状部31bを圧入し、上部防振ゴム33と下部防振ゴム34を下部取付金具32と上部取付金具31で挟持する。上部防振ゴム保持面33bと下部防振ゴム保持面34aとが所定の面積で被保持部材の取付孔の周囲に当接する。【選択図】図1
