PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a fuel tank for an automobile which is can be easily fitted, and has high sound insulation effect and insulation effectiveness.SOLUTION: In a fitting structure of a fuel tank 10, plural tank attachment flanges 11 and tank attachment holes 12 are formed on a side part of the fuel tank 10. The fuel tank 10 is covered with a heat insulation member 20, and the heat insulation member 20 forms a heat insulation member fitting part 21 and a heat insulation member mounting hole 22. A vibration-proof holding member 30 is fitted into the tank attachment hole 12, and a center through-hole 36 is formed at a center of the vibration-proof holding member 30. A fitting member 40 is inserted into the heat insulation member mounting hole 22 and the center through-hole 36, the tank attachment flange 11 is attached to a floor panel 1 by the fitting member via the vibration-proof holding member 30, the heat insulation fitting part 21 of the heat insulation member 20 is fitted to the floor panel 1 by the fitting member 40, and a clearance is provided between the floor panel 1 and the fuel tank 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】組付けが容易で、遮音効果と断熱効果の高い自動車用の燃料タンクの取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】燃料タンク10の取付構造において、燃料タンク10の側部にタンク取付フランジ11とタンク取付孔12を複数個形成する。燃料タンク10は断熱部材20で覆い、断熱部材20は、断熱部材取付部21と断熱部材取付孔22を形成する。タンク取付孔12には、防振保持部材30を嵌合し、防振保持部材30の中心には中心貫通孔36を形成する。断熱部材取付孔22と中心貫通孔36に取付部材40を挿入して、防振保持部材30を介してタンク取付フランジ11をフロアパネル1に取付部材で取付け、断熱部材20は、取付部材40で断熱部材取付部21をフロアパネル1に取付部材40に取付け、フロアパネル1と燃料タンク10との間に隙間を設けた。【選択図】図1
