PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a revolutionary drink holder which can fit to a variety of shapes and sizes by one drink holder, and can house by a single one-hand operation.SOLUTION: A holder main body 1 includes a clip mounting part 5a which is installed on upper ends of a pair of right and left main body leg part 5b raised from both sides of a bottom part 10 for supporting a beverage container, and is mounted on an air conditioner blowout port. A movable part 2 is mounted with a rotation shaft of a bearing 5e arranged on a lower part of the main leg parts of the holder main body so as to erect and tilt, and forms a housing recess part 12 with the holder main body when it erects. A spring for biasing to a side of raising the movable part, and a spherical body 4 rotatably arranged on a surface (a front surface) 5g on a housing recess part side of the clip mounting part so as to be exposed from the surface are structured between the movable part and the holder main body. The movable part is structured in a gate shape with a container holding part 2c for connecting upper ends of a pair of right and left arm parts 2b with the rotation shaft arranged. An upper surface 2j of the container holding part is higher than an upper surface 5j of the holder main body, and a surface (an inner surface) 2d on the housing recess part side has a protruded ridge shape, and its vertical cross section has a convex arc shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
