PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus that can further accurately specify a facility present in the direction of the line of sight of people in a vehicle.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device 10 comprises: imaging means that photographs people in a vehicle; detection means that detects the direction of the line of sight of the people in the vehicle at a constant sampling cycle on the basis of the photographed image; calculation means that calculates the speed of movement of the line of sight; determination means that determines a specific object outside the vehicle that is in the direction of the line of sight and gazed by the people in the vehicle longer than a threshold; and display means that displays information on the specific object determined by the determination means. The determination means makes the threshold variable according to the speed of movement of the line of sight.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
