PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling structure of a power conversion device for an electric two-wheel vehicle which can efficiently and surely cool the power conversion device which is arranged inside an outer sheath.SOLUTION: A cooling structure 71 of a power conversion device 69 for an electric two-wheel vehicle 1 comprises: a frame 11 extending to a fore-and-aft direction; the power conversion device 69 which is long in the fore-and-aft direction along the frame 11; and an outer sheath 12 which extends to the fore-and-aft direction, covers the frame 11 and the power conversion device 69, and defines a cooling wind passage 87 which makes a cooling wind circulate between the power conversion device 69 and itself along the fore-and-aft direction. The power conversion device 69 has a plurality of heat radiation fins 75 which extend toward the fore-and-aft direction in the cooling wind passage 87, and protrude toward an inner face of the outer sheath 12, and a part of a plurality of the heat radiation fins 75 further approximates the inner face of the outer sheath 12 compared with the other heat radiation fins.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
