PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a structure which can further stably absorb an impact load at a secondary collision.SOLUTION: A reinforcement part 43 is arranged at a width end of a rear end face of one lock capsule 21a which is arranged outside a width direction of one support plate part 18a which is high in rigidity with respect to the width direction out of a pair of support plate parts 18a, 18b.
