PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bonding method of each component constituting a frame structure for an automobile, capable of heightening strength reliability furthermore than a conventional bonding method, and bonding at comparatively low cost.SOLUTION: A side member 2 (sample of a second member) formed in a hollow shape is inserted into a hole 1a formed in a cross member 1 (sample of a first member) (member insertion step). An insertion part A of the side member 2 to the cross member 1 is expanded from the inside, to thereby caulk and bond the cross member 1 to the side member 2 (caulking bonding step).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】従来の接合方法よりも強度信頼性を高めることができ、且つ、比較的低コストで接合することができる自動車用のフレーム構造体を構成する部材同士の接合方法を提供すること。【解決手段】クロスメンバー1(第1の部材の例)に形成された孔1aに、中空形状に形成されたサイドメンバー2(第2の部材の例)を挿入する(部材挿入工程)。クロスメンバー1に対するサイドメンバー2の挿入部Aをその内側から拡げることによって、クロスメンバー1とサイドメンバー2とをかしめ接合する(かしめ接合工程)。【選択図】図1
