PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular brake device which suppresses the generation of high stress of a transmission case around a shaft support hole.SOLUTION: A vehicular parking device is equipped with a parking gear 4; a transmission case 1A having a boss portion 12; a parking shaft 6 supported in a shaft supporting hole 10 opened on the boss portion 12; and a parking pole 5 rockably supported by the parking shaft 6. The shaft supporting hole 10 has a first hole portion 15 extending in an axis CL1 direction and ranging to an opening end surface 14 of the shaft supporting hole 10, and a second hole portion 16 extending in the axis CL1 direction to a deeper side than the first hole portion 15 and supporting a tip end portion of the parking shaft 6. A cavity 101 is provided on the whole circumference between an inner peripheral surface of the first hole portion 15 and an outer peripheral surface of the parking shaft 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】シャフト支持孔の周囲の変速機ケースの高応力の発生を抑える車両用ブレーキ装置を提供する。【解決手段】車両用パーキング装置は、パーキングギヤ4と、ボス部12を有する変速機ケース1Aと、ボス部12に開口されたシャフト支持孔10に支持されるパーキング用シャフト6と、パーキング用シャフト6に揺動可能に支持されるパーキングポール5とを備える。シャフト支持孔10は、軸線CL1方向に延在し、シャフト支持孔10の開口端面14に連なる第1孔部15と、第1孔部15よりも奥方に軸線CL1方向に延在し、パーキング用シャフト6の先端部を支持する第2孔部16とを有し、第1孔部15の内周面とパーキング用シャフト6の外周面との間に全周にわたって空隙101が設けられる。【選択図】図4
