PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly allow an installation part to be displaced rearward at the time of vehicle collision.SOLUTION: A vehicle air intake duct 20 comprises a cylindrical duct body 22 which defines an air flow passage 22a, and a mounting part 28 which is formed in a plate shape extending from the duct body 22 on the intake port 24 side of the duct body 22 and fixed by a bolt 16 connected to the installation part 11 through a mounting hole 30 penetrating in the plate thickness direction. The rear edge of the mounting part 28 is formed with a part to be broken 32 which is broken by relative rearward displacement of the installation part 11 at the time of vehicle collision to allow the bolt 16 to be pulled out from the mounting hole 30. The part to be broken 32 is formed closer to the root side of the mounting part 28 connected to the duct body 22 than a line L1 passing through the center of the mounting hole 30 in the front-rear direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】車両衝突時の設置部の後方変位を円滑に許容する。【解決手段】車両吸気ダクト20は、空気流通路22aを画成する筒状のダクト本体部22と、ダクト本体部22の取入口24側に該ダクト本体部22から延出する板状に形成され、板厚方向に貫通する取付孔30に通して設置部11に接続されるボルト16で固定される取付部28とを備えている。取付部28の後縁には、車両衝突時における設置部11の後方への相対変位により破断してボルト16が取付孔30から抜け出すのを許容する破断予定部32が形成されている。破断予定部32は、取付孔30の中心を前後方向に通るラインL1よりも、ダクト本体部22に繋がる取付部28の根元側に形成されている。【選択図】図2
