PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge time estimation system, a charge time estimation apparatus, and a charge time estimation method, which enable the presentation of change time even for an electric vehicle including no function of calculating charge time.SOLUTION: A charge apparatus 11 includes a charge control part 22 for recognizing ID information of an electric vehicle 13 and a battery full-charge capacity thereof and detecting a battery residual amount. A server 12 includes a charge information database 33 for storing, in association with the ID information, the battery full-charge capacity of the electric vehicle 13 and charge-related information at the time of charging the electric vehicle, information including a pre-charge residual amount and a post-charge residual amount. Further, based on charge-related information obtained when charging a target vehicle in the past, charge-related information of other vehicles with a similar condition is obtained, and charge time for the target vehicle is prioritized. The apparatus further includes a control computation part 32 for obtaining, when charging the target vehicle at the present time, charge-related information of other vehicles with the condition similar to the present charging, and estimating charge time of the target vehicle on the basis of the priory order of the target vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】充電時間の算出機能を備えない電動車両でも、該電動車両の充電時間を提示できる充電時間推定システム、充電時間推定装置、及び充電時間推定方法を提供する。【解決手段】充電装置11は、電動車両13のID情報及びバッテリ満充電容量を認識し且つバッテリ残容量を検出する充電制御部22を有する。サーバ12は、ID情報に関連付けて電動車両13のバッテリ満充電容量、及び電動車両が充電した際の充電前残容量、充電後残容量の各情報を含む充電関連情報を記憶する充電情報データベース33を備える。また、対象車両が過去に充電した際の充電関連情報に基づいて、条件が類似する他車両の充電関連情報を取得し、他車両の充電関連情報から、対象車両の充電時間の順位を求める。対象車両が今回充電する際に、今回充電時の条件と類似する他車両の充電関連情報を取得し、対象車両の順位に基づいて該対象車両の充電時間を推定する制御演算部32を備える。【選択図】 図2
