PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which has beam sensors to extract features of an object with a circular or elliptic outline and extract features of shapes of wheels and components, and is relatively inexpensive, robust and strong against false recognition and the like.SOLUTION: A beam sensor group is constructed by arranging a plurality of beam sensors, so as to target an object with a circular or elliptic outline translating relatively to the beam sensors and to direct emitted beams perpendicularly to the translation path of the relative translation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】本願発明は、ビームセンサにより、円または楕円の輪郭を有する物体の特徴を抽出し、部材や車輪の形状の特徴を抽出する、誤認識等に強く、比較的安価で堅牢なシステムを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】ビームセンサに対して相対的平行移動をし、円または楕円の輪郭を有する物体を対象物とし、発するビームが相対的平行移動の移動経路に対して垂直に進むように複数ビームセンサを配置してビームセンサ群を構成する。【選択図】図1
