PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional object detector capable of detecting a traffic lane on which an object following own vehicle.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional object detector 15 detects a three-dimensional object following own vehicle. The three-dimensional object detector 15 determines whether or not a following vehicle is in turning with respect to own vehicle on the basis of a piece of turn detection information of own vehicle and a piece of detection information of the following vehicle immediately before the turn of own vehicle. When determining that the following vehicle is turning with respect to own vehicle, the three-dimensional object detector 15 outputs a piece of relative position information of the following vehicle after correcting the same on the basis of the turn detection information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
