PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely detect rope wear and abnormality such as uneven wear of a hoist sheave or each sheave groove.SOLUTION: To solve the above problem, in an abnormality detection method for elevator equipment according to the invention, when the tension of each rope between the apparatuses located from the one-end side to the other-end side is measured, and abnormality in each of the ropes and/or each of the sheaves is detected, the tension of each rope in installation of a new elevator or in rope replacement or the tension of each rope in periodical inspection are measured by a tension measurement device. A rope tension measurement value in the installation of the new elevator or rope replacement and a rope tension measurement value in the periodical inspection are compared. If there is no change between them, it is determined that each rope and/or each sheave is not in an abnormal state. If there is any change between them, it is determined that each rope and/or each sheave is in an abnormal state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】ロープ摩損や巻上機綱車又は各綱車の溝の偏摩耗等の異常を確実に検出すること。【解決手段】本発明のエレベーター機器の異常検出方法は、上記課題を解決するために、一端側から他端側間に位置する各機器間の各ロープの張力を測定して該各ロープ及び各綱車、或いは各ロープ又は各綱車の異常を検出する際に、エレベーター新設時又はロープ交換時の各ロープの張力と定期点検時の各ロープの張力を張力測定装置で測定し、エレベーター新設時又はロープ交換時のロープ張力測定値と定期点検時のロープ張力測定値を比較し、両者に変化がない場合は各ロープ及び各綱車、或いは各ロープ又は各綱車に異常は発生していないと判断し、両者に変化がある場合は各ロープ及び各綱車、或いは各ロープ又は各綱車に異常が発生していると判断することを特徴とする。【選択図】図4
