PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent worsening of a mounting location accuracy of a cover, and a mounting failure, due to unevenness in a coating film thickness.SOLUTION: A deflector plate body 13 is provided with a panel part 27, and a projection part 21 integrally projecting in the vicinity of a lower end part of both surfaces of the panel part 27 so as to extend in a vehicle width direction. The panel part 27 is formed with a regulation area R where inflow of a liquid hard coat agent is regulated in the projection part 21 when discharging the hard coat agent from above the panel part 27, and a fastening hole is provided in the regulation area R. A coating film 28 comprising a hard coat material is formed in an area excluding the regulation area R of the deflector plate body 13, and is not formed in the regulation area R. The projection part 21 of a deflector plate 29 and the regulation area R are covered with a rear cover part 35a of a cover 31 having a mounting piece 11 mounted on a trim of a cabin rear end part, and a boss part fastened to the fastening hole of the deflector plate 29.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】塗膜の厚さのばらつきによるカバーの取付け位置精度の悪化、及び取付け不良を防止する。【解決手段】デフレクタ板本体13に、パネル部27、及び該パネル部27の両面の下端部近傍に車幅方向に延びるように一体に突設された突条部21を設ける。パネル部27に、パネル部27の上方から液状のハードコート剤を吐出した場合にハードコート剤の流れ込みが突条部21で規制される規制領域Rを形成し、この規制領域Rに締結孔を設ける。そして、ハードコート材からなる塗膜28をデフレクタ板本体13の規制領域Rを除く領域に形成し、かつ規制領域Rには形成しない。そして、車室後端部のトリムに取り付けられる取付片部11、及びデフレクタ板29の締結孔に締結されるボス部を有するカバー31の後側カバー部35aでデフレクタ板29の突条部21及び規制領域Rを覆う。【選択図】図3
