PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route control device that makes it possible to restrict delay that may occur due to competition-point passage order and platform-use order in railway facilities.SOLUTION: A route control device 100 comprises: an estimation arithmetic processing part 113 that, on the basis of train diagram information and on-rail train information read from a storage device 101, calculates estimated arrival and departure times at each station, for each train, which the train diagram information includes; an order determination processing part 112 that specifies the presence of a plurality of trains approaching a block section where routes compete, on the basis of the calculated estimated arrival and departure times, train diagram information, and on-rail train information, then, calculates, in predetermined algorithm, the influences of subsequent train operations in passage order in a block section between the trains, and determines the passage order between the trains such that the influences satisfy the predetermined conditions; and a route control information generating part 111 that, according to the determined passage order, generates route control information for controlling the route of a corresponding train, and outputs the generated route control information to a ground device that controls a railway facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】鉄道施設おける競合点通過順序や番線使用順序で将来起こりうる遅延を抑制可能とする進路制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】進路制御装置100が、記憶装置101から読み出した列車ダイヤ情報と在線列車情報とに基づいて、列車ダイヤ情報が含む各列車の各駅での着発予定時刻を算定する予測演算処理部113と、算定した着発予定時刻と列車ダイヤ情報と在線列車情報とに基づいて、複数列車間で進路が競合しうる閉塞区間に対し接近中の複数の列車の存在を特定し、該当列車間の閉塞区間での通過順序による、以降の列車運行上の影響を所定のアルゴリズムで算定し、影響が所定条件を満たすよう、該当列車間での通過順序を決定する順序判断処理部112と、決定した通過順序に従って、該当列車の進路を制御する進路制御情報を生成し、作成した進路制御情報を、鉄道設備の制御を行う地上装置に出力する進路制御情報生成部111を備える。【選択図】図1
