PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detection circuit which can detect a disconnection and an overcurrent of a lock circuit, and output a single detection signal indicating an abnormality.SOLUTION: The abnormality detection circuit detects an abnormality of a lock circuit 26 disposed on a charge connector 24 connected to a vehicle. The abnormality detection circuit includes: a diode (D) and a shunt resistor (R1) connected in series with the lock circuit 26; a first switch element (23a) which is switched on and off according to the voltage of the shunt resistor (R1) and the diode (D); a second switch element (23b) which is switched on and off according to the voltage of the shunt resistor (R1); and an output unit (23c) which outputs a signal according to an ON/OFF state of the first switch element (23a). The second switch element (23b) is connected to the first switch, in such a manner that, when becoming an ON state, the first switch element (23a) is short-circuited.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
