PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid vehicle drive device that prevents application of an excessive force to a gear constituting the hybrid vehicle drive device when an engine is connected to an output shaft.SOLUTION: A hybrid vehicle drive device 1 comprises: a first motor generator 11; a second motor generator 12; a first input shaft 111 to which an engine 2 is connected rotatably; a second output shaft 122 rotatably connected to drive wheels 21L, 21R and the second motor generator 12; a rotary member 115 rotatably connected to the first motor generator 11 and the second output shaft 122; and a one-way clutch 161 for connecting the first input shaft 111 and the rotary member 115 when the rotation speed of the first input shaft 111 is faster than the rotation speed of the rotary member 115, and disconnecting the first input shaft 111 and the rotary member 115 when the rotation speed of the first input shaft 111 is slower than the rotation speed of the rotary member 115.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
