PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow straightening structure for a lower part of a vehicle, which aims at taking countermeasure against a heat damage as well as reducing air resistance while securing a minimum ground clearance.SOLUTION: A flow straightening structure for a lower part of a vehicle comprises: undercover 46, 47 for covering, from below, at least a part of a rear suspension device 28; an exhaust pipe 44 extending in a longitudinal direction with a lower surface side not covered with the undercovers; and insulators 60A, 60B for covering, from above in proximity, the exhaust pipe 44, arranged continuing to lower surfaces of the undercovers 46, 47. As appropriately, a part of the exhaust pipe 44 protrudes from lower surfaces of the undercovers 46, 47 and insulators 60A, 60B, and a side surface of the exhaust pipe 44 is arranged in proximately to lower surfaces of the insulators 60A, 60B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
