PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding equipment of a built-in part stationary portion of a fuel tank capable of reducing a resin amount necessary for forming the built-in part stationary portion for attaching the built-in part to the inside of the fuel tank.SOLUTION: A built-in part molding equipment 44 includes a projection pin 46 that molds a projection part 34 to a melting resin sheet 32, an elastic body membrane 48 that covers the projection pin 46 and is made capable of supplying a fluid L into a closed space 47 formed in a space with the projection pin, a fluid supply apparatus 51 that can supply the fluid L into the closed space and can recover the fluid from the closed space and supplies the fluid into the closed space with a projection part penetrated through a fixation hole 30 of the built-in part, a fixation member 70 that is attached to an apex portion 46A of the projection pin and fixes an apex part 48A of the elastic membrane to the apex portion, and a flow pass 53 that is formed inside of the projection pin, extends in the projection direction of the projection pin, has a plurality of openings on an outer peripheral surface 46D distanced in the projection direction and flows the fluid supplied from a fluid supply apparatus to the closed space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7

    【課題】燃料タンクの内部に内蔵部品を取り付けるための内蔵部品固定部の形成に必要な樹脂量を低減できる燃料タンクの内蔵部品固定部の成形装置を提供する。【解決手段】固定部成形装置44は、溶融樹脂シート32に突起部34を成形する突出ピン46と、突出ピン46を被覆し、突出ピンとの間に形成された密閉空間47に流体Lが供給可能とされる弾性体膜48と、密閉空間に流体Lを供給可能かつ密閉空間から流体を回収可能とされ、突起部が内蔵部品の固定孔30を貫通した状態で密閉空間に流体を供給する流体供給装置51と、突出ピンの先端部46Aに取り付けられ、弾性体膜の頂部48Aを先端部に固定する固定部材70と、突出ピン内に形成され、突出ピンの突出方向に延びて該突出方向に間隔をあけて外周面46Dに複数開口し、流体供給装置から密閉空間へ供給される流体を通す流路53と、を備えている。【選択図】図7
