PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power supply device which reliably removes foreign objects even when a moving body enters a power supply area at an angle of low precision, while preventing the device from being enlarged, and to provide a non-contact power transmission device.SOLUTION: A non-contact power supply device A1 includes: a power supply part 30 disposed in a power supply area; and a foreign object removal part 40 for removing foreign objects from above the power supply part 30. The foreign object removal part 40 has: a receiving part 41 which receives a pressing force to move; a sweeping part 42 which sweeps an upper surface of the power supply part 30; and a support pillar part 44 which supports the receiving part 41 and the sweeping part 42 so as to be rotated in an in-plane direction.
