PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give effective notice to a driver according to future situation where it is predicted that automatic drive cannot be executed.SOLUTION: A travel control part 10 obtains future situation information relating to future situation in which the present vehicle is involved on pathway at front of the current place (S100). In addition, the travel control part determines whether the future situation represented by obtained future situation information corresponds to a cause by which automatic drive will not be able to be continued (S102). In a case where it is determined the automatic drive will not be continued, emergency level representing level of emergency of the future situation is set (S104). According to the set emergency level, authority transfer restriction relating to time or distance at which automatic drive should be cancelled and switched to manual drive is set (S106). In addition, based on contents of the set authority transfer restriction, information about cancel of the automatic drive is notified to a driver (S110).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】自動運転が不可能になると予測される未来の状況に応じて、運転者に対して効果的な通知を行う。【解決手段】走行制御部10は、現在地より先の経路上において今後に自車両が遭遇すると予測される未来の状況に関する未来状況情報を取得する(S100)。そして、取得された未来状況情報で表される未来の状況が、自動運転の継続が不可能になる事由に該当するか否かを判断する(S102)。自動運転の継続が不可能になると判断された場合、当該未来の状況について緊急性の度合を表す緊急度を設定する(S104)。この設定された緊急度に応じて、自動運転を解除して手動運転に切替えるべき時間又は距離に関する権限移譲制限を設定する(S106)。そして、設定された権限移譲制限の内容に基づいて自動運転の解除を促す情報を運転者に対して報知する(S110)。【選択図】 図3
