PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a contact area between a cam and a ball and thereby improve the durability of a pump device.SOLUTION: An annular guide groove 571, which is formed by recessing a width direction intermediate part of a cam 57, is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the cam 57, and balls 84 defining pump chambers are placed in contact with a surface of the guide groove 571. The structure increases a contact area between the cam 57 and each ball 84 to reduce stress in a contact part between the cam 57 and the ball 84 and improve the durability of a pump device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7

    【課題】カムとボールの接触面積を増加させてポンプ装置の耐久性を向上させる。【解決手段】カム57の外周面に、当該カムの幅方向中間部が凹んだ環状のガイド溝571を形成し、ポンプ室を区画形成するボール84をガイド溝571の表面に当接させる。これによると、カム57とボール84の接触面積が増加して、カム57とボール84の接触部の応力が小さくなり、ポンプ装置の耐久性を向上させることができる。【選択図】図7
