PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact display device which can store a shutter in a saved space.SOLUTION: A display device has: a housing having a top plate TP which has a first opening 12 and a second opening 13 which are opened side by side in a depth direction; a display member 14 which is movable between a storage position where the member is stored in the housing and a development position where the member is projected from the housing; a first shutter 20 which opens and closes the first opening 12 through which the display member 14 passes; a second shutter 30 which opens and closes the second opening 13 through which irradiation light for the display member 14 passes; and a shutter mover mechanism which moves the first shutter 20 and the second shutter 30. The shutter mover mechanism so moves the first shutter 20 and the second shutter 30 that both shutters are overlapped on each other in a height direction of the housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
