PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank which is simplified in a work process.SOLUTION: The other end of evaporation piping 58 whose one end is connected to a cutoff valve 32 of a fuel tank main body 20 at the molding of an intermediate molding 10A is temporarily fixed by a fusion clamp 48 which is fused to a cut portion 28 being an attachment hole 62 of the fuel tank main body 20. When forming the attachment hole 62 of the intermediate molding 10A, the other end of the evaporation piping 58 is withdrawn to the outside of the fuel tank main body 20 together with the cut portion 28, and the evaporation piping 58 is removed from the fusion clamp 48. That is, the work of a worker for inserting his/her hand into the fuel tank main body 20 and withdrawing an end part of the evaporation piping 58 to the outside of the fuel tank 10 after molding the fuel tank 10 becomes unnecessary, and a work process is simplified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】作業工程が簡略化された燃料タンクを提供する。【解決手段】中間成形体10Aの成形時に燃料タンク本体20のカットオフバルブ32に一端が接続されたエバポ配管58の他端側を燃料タンク本体20の取付用孔部62となる切取部分28に溶着された融着クランプ48で一時的に固定している。中間成形体10Aの取付用孔部62の形成時に、切取部分28と共にエバポ配管58の他端側を燃料タンク本体20の外部に取り出し、エバポ配管58を融着クランプ48から取り外す。すなわち、燃料タンク10を成形後に、作業者が燃料タンク本体20の内部に手を入れて、エバポ配管58の端部を燃料タンク10の外部に引き出す作業が不要となり、作業工程が簡略化される。【選択図】図2
