PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire information on fluctuations in association with the movement of an elevator without installing an additional device or a measuring device to the elevator, and, based on this, determine whether or not maintenance inspection is required for each elevator.SOLUTION: An elevator maintenance and inspection system includes: a smartphone 2 having an acceleration sensor 9 for detecting fluctuations occurring in association with the movement of a car 1 of an elevator, and a communication unit 7 for transmitting the acceleration information detected by the acceleration sensor 9 to the outside; and a management server 11 having a communication unit 12 for receiving the acceleration information from the communication unit 7 and a diagnosis processing unit 14 for diagnosing whether or not an inspection is necessary based on the received acceleration information. The diagnosis processing unit 14 obtains an acceleration/deceleration pattern unique to each elevator from the acceleration information, performs individual identification for the elevators from the acceleration/deceleration pattern, and determines the elevator for which maintenance inspection is required based on the acceleration/deceleration pattern for each elevator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】昇降機に付加装置や測定装置を設置することなく昇降機の移動に伴う変動情報を取得し、これに基づいて昇降機毎の保守点検の必要性の有無を判定可能とする。【解決手段】昇降機の乗りかご1の移動に伴って発生する変動を検出する加速度センサ9、および当該加速度センサ9によって検出された加速度情報を外部に送信する通信部7を有するスマートホン2と、通信部7からの前記加速度情報を受信する通信部12、および前記受信した加速度情報に基づいて点検の要否を診断する診断処理部14を有する管理サーバ11と、を備え、前記診断処理部14は、前記加速度情報から各昇降機固有の加減速パターンを求め、当該加減速パターンから昇降機の個体識別を行い、各昇降機の前記加減速パターンに基づいて保守点検が必要な昇降機を判定する。【選択図】図1
