PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal plate molding and a manufacturing method of the same which can be manufactured inexpensively by press molding and is suitable as an automobile brake disc rotor that can be reduced in thickness and weight while sufficiently ensuring mechanical strength.SOLUTION: A metal plate molding comprises: a fitting face part 2 as an inner part fixed to a wheel; a sliding face part 3 as an outer part pinched by a pad; and a connection part 5 standing from an inner peripheral edge of the sliding face part 3 so as to dispose the sliding face part 3 and the fitting face part 2 parallely at an interval in an axial direction, and connecting the sliding face part 3 and the fitting face part 2. The connection part 5 comprises a plurality of plate-like spoke parts 4 which are provided at intervals in a circumferential direction, have a width in a radial direction, and comprise inclined circular arc parts 4c provided in middle parts of the plurality of spoke parts 4 and extending in the circumferential direction in an inclined shape with respect to an orthogonal face to the axial direction, and whose one end parts are connected to the inner peripheral edge of the sliding face part and the other end parts are connected to an outer peripheral edge of the fitting face part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】プレス成形により安価に製作可能で、しかも機械的強度を十分に確保しつつ、薄肉化及び軽量化が可能な自動車用ブレーキディスクローターとして好適な金属板成形品及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ホイールに固定される内側部としての取付面部2と、パッドで挟圧される外側部としての摺動面部3と、摺動面部3と取付面部2とが軸方向に間隔をあけて平行配置されるように、摺動面部3の内周縁から立ち上がって、摺動面部3と取付面部2とを連結する連結部5とを備え、連結部5は、周方向に間隔をあけて設けた、半径方向に幅を有する板状の複数のスポーク部4であって、一端部を摺動面部の内周縁に連結し、他端部を取付面部の外周縁に連結し、途中部に軸方向との直交面に対して傾斜状で且つ周方向に延びる傾斜円弧部4cを有する、複数のスポーク部4を備えた。【選択図】図1
